CANDIDATE MASON'S INAUGURAL FAREWELL

In one historic night, eighteen-thirty inaugurates and deposes Candidate Mason.  Acting as an agent of Manuel Noriega, Deng Xiaoping, Saddam Hussein, Dzokar Dudayev, and Jimmy Carter, Mason is transported through an opening address, a tenure in office, and a farewell from political life.  She will be deposed at the end of the evening, providing a farewell address with the collaboration of her Confederate and Chief Strategist Michael G. Bauer.

For her Los Angeles campaign, Candidate Mason will perform many roles.  She is currently exhibiting work at Circus Gallery where she will interview candidate for U.S. President Mike Gravel on Saturday, Feb 2nd at 3pm.  She will become an Ambassador at Justin's Museum of Contemporary Art this Friday, February 1st at 8:30pm and finally complete her campaign at the eighteen-thirty headquarters.

Candidate Mason / Rachel Mason is an artist living and working in Brooklyn, New York, best known for sculptures, music and performance. 

Michael G. Bauer is an artist and musician living and working in Los Angeles.  He is currently on view at Kimball Union Academy at New Hampshire.
